Send the booking request from the site with your length, the art tier you want and the day that works. I confirm the price and the slot, then a $10 deposit locks it in and I send you the details.

Yes if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours the deposit is not refunded, because that slot usually cannot be filled again in time.

Send me the photo you have saved. I will tell you the tier before you book. If a design sits right between two tiers I quote the lower one where I can.

Gel-X is a soft gel tip bonded on with gel and cured under a lamp. Acrylic is sculpted from powder and liquid. Both are strong and both look great, so it comes down to preference and what suits your nails.

They cost exactly the same here, so price should not decide it for you. If you are not sure, say so when you book and Jade will recommend one.

An overlay goes straight over your natural nail. No tips, no extensions, no added length. It is the right pick if you are growing your own nails out and want them protected and smooth in the meantime.

Acrylic overlay is $20 and builder gel overlay is $25. Builder gel is the more flexible and gentler of the two. Art and add ons can go on top of either.

Gel toes are $10 and take about an hour. You can add any art tier on top, though most people go with one solid color.

Because they are quick, Jade does not use a whole slot for them. Choose the express option on the booking form and she will fit you into a gap between her longer appointments. You can also add gel toes to a hand appointment for $10.

No. All over chrome, all over lace and a full set of french tips are the base nail art, $10 each. Each one is the whole look on its own and no tier is charged.

A tier cannot be added on top of one of those. If you want tiered art, start from a plain color and add the tier to that.

An XL or XXL set with nail art above Tier Two takes longer than one three hour slot allows, so it needs two consecutive slots. Jade books both when she confirms.

The price does not change. It is only about setting aside enough time to finish the set properly rather than rushing it.

Yes. Most gel toes are a solid color, but you can add a design at the normal tier price. That works whether you book toes on their own or add them to a hand appointment.

Yes, $10 off if you are celebrating a birthday. Like the back to school and new client discounts it cannot be combined with another discount, and it does not apply to special sets.

Each booking slot is a three hour window, and most sets fit comfortably inside it. Simple sets finish faster. XL and XXL sets with art above Tier Two need two consecutive slots. Gel toes on their own take about an hour and do not need a slot at all.

Two to three weeks is normal, and longer if you are gentle with them. Wear gloves for cleaning, use cuticle oil daily, and do not use your nails as tools. That is most of the battle.

Tell me when you book that you are coming with an existing set on so I can plan the time for it. Please do not pick or peel a set off yourself, that is what damages the natural nail.

I cannot service unhealthy or damaged nails. If there is lifting, an infection or real damage underneath, it has to heal first. Message me a photo and I will tell you honestly.

Only if you clear it with me beforehand. The studio is a home space with limited room, so surprise guests do not work. Ask ahead and it is usually fine.

Freestyle is $40 flat on medium or small length and the design is mine to pick. You get something creative, I get to try new techniques, and it is one of the best values on the menu.

Bestie sets are $100 for two people on medium or small length. Come together, get matching or complementary designs, and split the cost however you like.

No. One discount per set. Back to school, new client and birthday are each $10 off, but they cannot be stacked or combined, and they cannot be added on to special sets like freestyle or bestie sets.

More than 20 minutes late and the appointment is cancelled with the deposit forfeited. Message me the moment you know, because sometimes there is room to move you.
