Short answers first. If something is still unclear, put it in your booking request and I will answer before you pay a deposit.
How much is a full set?
Sets start at $20 for small and go to $70 for XXL. Art is added on top, from $10 for Tier One to $40 for Tier Four. Most people land between $30 and $90 once art and extras are in.
How do I actually book?
Send the booking request from the site with your length, the art tier you want and the day that works. I confirm the price and the slot, then a $10 deposit locks it in and I send you the details.
Is the $10 deposit refundable?
Yes if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours the deposit is not refunded, because that slot usually cannot be filled again in time.
What if I do not know which art tier I need?
Send me the photo you have saved. I will tell you the tier before you book. If a design sits right between two tiers I quote the lower one where I can.
How long does an appointment take?
Each booking slot is a three hour window, and most sets fit comfortably inside it. Simple sets finish faster. Tier Three and Tier Four work with charms, gems or 3D elements uses more of the window.
How long will my set last?
Two to three weeks is normal, and longer if you are gentle with them. Wear gloves for cleaning, use cuticle oil daily, and do not use your nails as tools. That is most of the battle.
Do you remove a previous set?
Tell me when you book that you are coming with an existing set on so I can plan the time for it. Please do not pick or peel a set off yourself, that is what damages the natural nail.
What if my nails are damaged?
I cannot service unhealthy or damaged nails. If there is lifting, an infection or real damage underneath, it has to heal first. Message me a photo and I will tell you honestly.
Can I bring someone with me?
Only if you clear it with me beforehand. The studio is a home space with limited room, so surprise guests do not work. Ask ahead and it is usually fine.
What is a Freestyle set?
Freestyle is $40 flat on medium or small length and the design is mine to pick. You get something creative, I get to try new techniques, and it is one of the best values on the menu.
What is a Bestie set?
Bestie sets are $100 for two people on medium or small length. Come together, get matching or complementary designs, and split the cost however you like.
Can I use two discounts at once?
No. One discount per set. They cannot be stacked or combined, and they cannot be added on to special sets like freestyle or bestie sets.
What happens if I run late?
More than 20 minutes late and the appointment is cancelled with the deposit forfeited. Message me the moment you know, because sometimes there is room to move you.
Where are you located?
In the Akron, Ohio area. It is a home based studio, so I share the address privately once your booking is confirmed. Please keep it to yourself.
How do I pay?
Cash, Cash App or Zelle. The $10 deposit is paid when you book and the rest is due at the appointment.
