The eight rules of the chair.
These exist so every client gets the same thing. A slot that starts on time, a price that does not move, and a set that is worth what you paid for it.

Deposit
A $10 deposit is required to secure your booking slot. It comes off your total, so you pay the rest on the day. Until that deposit is received the time is still open to anyone else.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund on your deposit. Anything later than that and the deposit is not returned.

Guests
No extra guests are allowed at your appointment unless cleared with me beforehand. Just ask first and we can usually work it out.

Location
This is a home based business. Please do not share the location address with anyone. I send the details privately once your booking is confirmed.

Pricing
Pricing must be agreed upon prior to booking. No price changes or adjustments will be made on the day of the appointment.

Nail health
I cannot service unhealthy or damaged nails. If there is any infection, lifting, or serious damage, that needs to heal before I can work on them.

Discounts
Discounts cannot be stacked or combined, and they cannot be added on to special sets.

Lateness
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Every slot is booked back to back, so late arrivals push everyone else out.
Payment
Cash, Cash App or Zelle. The deposit goes first, the balance is settled at the end of your appointment.
Rescheduling
Life happens. Message me at least 24 hours out and we will move you to the next open slot without losing the deposit.
Nail prep
Come with clean hands and no oils or lotion. If you have a previous set on, tell me when you book so I can allow time for removal.
Privacy
The studio address stays between us. It is my home, so keeping it private keeps everyone comfortable.
