Who Runs This Site
Nailed by Jade runs nailedbyjade.com. We are a private nail studio serving the Akron, Ohio area by appointment. The way to reach us is the request form on our booking page.
What We Collect
Our booking request form asks for:
- Your name and phone number
- Your Instagram handle, if you add it
- Whether you are a new or returning client
- Your preferred day, slot and date
- The set you want, such as service, Gel-X or acrylic, length, art tier, extras, toe design, slots needed and the price builder estimate

- That you agreed to our studio policies
We use this only to answer your request and book your appointment. We do not sell it.
Text Messages
We may call or text the phone number you give us about your booking request.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors who support the service, such as our messaging provider.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and when someone taps a phone number or sends a form. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. It does not receive what you type into our forms. Learn how Google uses this data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser so it can tell one visit from another. This site also saves one small note in your browser's session storage so a tap on a phone number is counted once per visit. That note is cleared when you close the tab. We do not use cookies for ads. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them. We do not sell your personal information.
Ask About or Delete Your Information
To ask what we have or to have it deleted, send us a note through the form on our booking page.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
